Moored at Rochester on the River Medway. The marina has a small laundromat, bar/cafe and Indian takeaway.

Walking distance to Rochester is 30 minutes which is steeped in history with quaint shops and restaurants. From Rochester station it takes 35 minutes on the high speed service to London.

When you enter the boat entrance you go down steps into the galley with a gas hob, combination oven/microwave and an antique oil fired heater ideal to cook on. There are stairs facing aft which was the original double bed cabin when it was a working Barge and now contains fridge, freezer and used for storage.

The lounge is down another set of stairs going forward with acid etched glass doors at either end of the lounge. Through the lounge is a double bedroom with radiator, wardrobe and sink. Turn right to another room which was previously a bunk bed room but has been removed. Further through the Barge is another bedroom with walk in wardrobe and off this room is the bathroom. Forward to this is the fore peak used as storage.

The Barge is heated with radiators from an oil fired boiler. There is a 7 kilowatt generator which is not used as we have shore power. The Barge needs some renovation and updating.
