Stairs lead down to the below deck accommodation. This comprises four cabins, each with two original berths and built is storage. There is also a bathroom, and two other small areas that could easily be turned into showers.Again there is the opportunity to retain the layout and modernise, or create larger sleeping and living areas.
Investor would benefit from a more modern heating system, and needs some work externally on the decks and structure above the waterline.
She has a Gardner 5 LW diesel engine that is in working order, and once refurbished Investor could be a lovely family home whether completely modernised or keeping the original features. This boat cannot stay on its current mooring, she is a great project for somebody but you would need to have another mooring to take the boat to once sold.
