ABOUT IZBOR VILLAGE
Izbor, together with Pinos del Valle, Tablate and Acebuches, form a part of the municipality of El Pinar, and is situated in the Valle de Lecrin / Costa Tropical. It is located on the west face of Sierra Nevada and to the south of the Beznar reservoir.

Izbor has it's own Town Hall (Ayuntamiento), Bar, Shop and Doctors Surgery (open 8:30-10:30 every Tuesday and Wednesday). There are also large hospitals located closeby in both Granada and Motril as well as a doctors surgery open "24/7" in the nearby village of Durcal. Just before the city of Granada there's a large shopping mall called Nevada with everyday supermarkets in Durcal or Motril.
