Wanted: small plot of rough land not suitable for farming - Warks/Solihull/Coventry in Birmingham

12 acres would be good, Solihull, Coventry or Warwickshire areas
Ideally rough / hilly / some wet or soft areas / some woodland - all or any of these . . . . . . that we can use around once per month (max)

We are an established but small 'community help' charity based in Solihull with fine credentials and a very well known client/user service list.
We are in need of land that we can use for a training ground; we hold our own PL insurance, are well experienced at what we do and can obtain good references.

Unfortunately land that we have been using is now going to be developed so
