I have 2 plots of land for sale both fenced in together as one plot but as you can see on map they are separate plots 10a and 10b
. i have had these for 6 years now and have enjoyed my regular camping visits with the dogs and staying their in my camper van . its a beautiful quite location for some good R & R
and the wildlife is also a bonus with many deers visiting in the evening or early morning,. lots of birds that enjoyed my feeders i put their for them . there is also a
sit on mower but this does need repairs !
hastings is not too far away and also a local village not too far . theres
also a pub a mile away very good food . i am reluctantly selling my plots as i am planning a move so wont be viable to travel to anymore!


The land is classed as Agricultural land can be used for this purpose without the need to change its use. (Vegetable lot?)

The 28 day rule allows any person to camp or leave any object on land without the need to apply for planning permission for 14 consecutive days or 28 days in one year.

there is access to the land from the main road as seen in pics there are 2 gate entrances . one from the road and the other at bottom of land . viewing is welcome and recommended there's only so many questions i can answer without you actually viewing !

price is not for both plots - as says in advert price per plot !

can i live there - seriously why would i sell my land if i could make a fortune or live there myself . this is agricultural land - as says in advert !

do i have the deeds and paperwork . err yes hence i own this i am selling this and i have appointed a solicitor to deal with the transaction !!

if you are reading this advert the land is STILL for sale . if you are not reading this . ( too funny ) then it has sold ! so i will NOT respond to people just asking the mundane question - is this still for sale !
