The property itself is notably quiet (the entire building only shares with two other flats) - and with only one existing considerate tenant you're guaranteed peace, privacy and quiet.

The room is a large bedroom, with access to shared communal areas including lounge, kitchen and bathroom (which includes bath and shower).
