Hi everyone,

I am a single parent of a 16yr old daughter. I currently live in West Yorkshire. I am self employed and work in Central London full time.

I am looking to move into Central London, as currently I travel from West Yorkshire to Central London most weeks by train which can be quite tiring and costly.

I am looking for either a large studio which would have enough space for 2 double beds, a large 1 bed apartment/flat/studio which would fit 2 double beds into the one bedroom, or a 2 bed apartment/flat/studio. We are looking for a furnished place so must have everything needed to move in straight away.

I am looking to rent long term and can pay £100-£200 per week or upto £1000 monthly, rent must be inclusive of water rates, council tax, TV license, gas, electricity, cable TV, broadband/wifi.

I am looking to move from the end of April 2019. I will also want to view any properties before renting.
