Our 3 bedroom, 2/3 reception room house in Mitcheldean will be available to rent in October.
We are looking for tenants who will stay for several/many years and love the place, as we have done. It is currently furnished but we would consider changing it to unfurnished depending on the needs of the new tenants.
It is a house for a family, with a large garden, greenhouse, sheds and easy access to shops and local schools.
It isn't suitable for anyone with dogs/cats etc. Strickly non-smokers / vapers.
We will need references from current landlord and employers. A one month deposit will be payable on contract signing and rent of £750 per calendar month, payable in advance.
