We live in the south-west town of Honiton (EX14 1XU) in central Devon.
& we are looking for a house exchange
for a 4 bed
in Bournemouth,
Poole Dorset,
or Weston-super-Mare.

(we are wanting to move to have assess to the universities/colleges in these 3 areas and not moving for the sea, so anything in-land is ok to!)

A direct exchange is preferable but a serious Three-way swap will be considered.

We are graced with all amenities, which include supermarkets,
Independent traders, Schools, College, Doctors surgery & Hospital,
Library, Community centre,
Sports centre with swimming pool & Gym.

Railway station has regular services to Exeter, London (Waterloo) & Plymouth.
Quiet Park & Nursery at the end of the street.

Back garden with 2 sheds & rear gate,
large front garden & driveway.
