My flat is in Royston Mains EH5, is in a quiet stair in quiet street, nice neighbours and has a large bright south facing living room, 2 double bedrooms (1 a large corner room), fitted wardrobe in 1 bedroom, separate kitchen and bathroom with electric shower over bath. It is double glazed with gas central heating

Neutral carpets in all rooms except bathroom and kitchen which have wood effect vinyl, feature wall in living room (see 1st picture), all windows painted white inside flat, neutrally decorated

Close to shops, buses (8, 14, 16, 19 37 and 47), post office, chemist, Doctors, churches, schools and nurseries.
