Hi I have a 1 bedroom GFF in Pentwyn, near shops, bus routes, Leisure Center and Parks, Dentist, Opticians Doctors, Chemist and vets, there are 4 schools close by walking distance, a big communal garden and washing lines, garden only gets used by 2 neighbours pegging out their washing, retired and working people in my block, friendly I don't hear anyone or bump into anyone in the block it is a perfect spot,

I need a 1 bedroom house or a 1 bedroom ground floor flat, near bus routes, shops and Doctors.
I will consider most areas just ask me it must be a quiet area as of my age and Illness
