Hi, I have a 2 bed Livewest property central Totnes ( next to library). Classed as ground floor though 5 steps to flat door. Security communal door with entry phone in living room. 2 good size bedrooms, very big livng room, double glazed and gch. Nice bathroom with Mira shower, compact kitchen but large storage cupboard which also houses washing machine. Nice community, communal gardens. I am looking for a 1 bed bungalow, or flat if ground floor, but MUST have own outside space as I have a cat. No hills or steep inclines please as I have a disability. Totnes only please as I have family and friends here.
