We are two friendly, easy going, professional, non scene gay males (one smoker and one non-smoker) with a double room for rent very close to Plumstead Common.
We are looking for someone easy going and friendly, gay or straight, male or female, to come and join us.

The property is a first floor flat in a converted terraced house, on a fairly quiet street.
There is a large lounge, good sized kitchen, which has a large dining table and there is a good sized bathroom with bath/shower
The room itself has wooden flooring, a fairly new small double bed with memory foam mattress, cupboard storage space and is centrally heated.

The flat is well situated for transport links, with a bus stop a minute away (24hr to central London).
DLR, National Rail, Woolwich Ferry and the upcoming Elizabeth Line is a short bus ride away in Woolwich, or around 10 minutes walk.
Lots of green space in the area (if that's your thing) with Plumstead Common at the end of the road.
The River Thames (handy for the Thames Clipper Service) is also close by.
A wealth of shops, two post offices and a few decent pubs and takeaways are also in the vicinity.
