Your own front room and bedroom one above the other, two toilets, shared bathroom and kitchen.
On and off road parking available. Large garden front and back mainly grass and veggie patch.
Box room has fridge/freezer in it, yours to use (no room in kitchen for two) also has some storage.
Washing machine, Dishwasher, fan double oven cooker, Unlimited 50 meg fibre+calls and oil heating. Mira electric shower as have water meter, bath can be used.

You would buy your own food/toiletries and help keep shared areas clean.
You can change colour of walls. Please not dark colours and you can hang pictures etc.
If your pet can live in your room then shouldn't be a problem (will consider pets)
I have a dog who is my biggest consideration and chickens who live in harmony together.
Really looking for a long term housemate who likes dogs, eggs! and the occasional smoker, outside of course

No deposit but one months rent paid in advance, rent to be paid monthly.
No couples and nobody else living with you. No benefits and I will require a reference, employer preferably.
