Hi everyone! A beautiful double room is now available in Hampstead/Belsize Park.

The building is located next to the vast and peaceful Hampstead Heath (2 min walk) and very well connected: just 1 min walk to the Overground (Hampstead Heath station), 7 mins to the Underground (Belsize Park station on the Northern Line); there are lots of buses (lines 24, 46, 168, 268, C11, N5) to the city centre, departing every 10 mins, operating also during the night! The Royal Free Hospital is very close, just 2 mins walk, so it's perfect for workers or students in service there. The area is very quiet and full of supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants. This is definitely a beautiful environment in which to live.

The flat offers: a fully fitted kitchen (with microwave oven, electric oven, fridge and freezer, kettle, toaster and all the kitchen utensils), a separated toilet with a big washing machine, 4 rooms and a little nice balcony.
The double bedroom is very cozy and bright, with its large window that provides loads of natural light. It has got a double bed, a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a chair and a coat rack.
The current housemates are all very friendly and respectful and I am looking for someone clean and tidy who could replace me.

The price is 580£ per month, with all the bills included. There is also a very fast Wi-Fi connection.
