Discover Crystals & Sound Therapy

Introduction & drinks, then we will begin with a relaxing guided meditation. In the morning we will discover the amazing healing properties of crystals. We will learn to cleanse, set intention and dedicate each crystal and where to put them in our homes. You will be gifted your own crystal pendulum and learn how to work with it to cleanse, balance and dowse, practicing on each other.
In the afternoon we will learn about sound and how the vibrations of sound help to heal the mind, body & soul. We will be working with the Ohm tuning fork to open each other's chakras and cleanse our auras. We will finish the day by experiencing a mini sound bath with chimes, tuning forks and singing bowls!
