We are Psychology graduates and Holistic Therapist's practising Massage, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Acupressure and Indian Head Massage.

Our services draw-on the the most up-to-date findings and best practice in the field of complementary and holistic care, and are therefore evidence-based and well-recognised. Combining therapies from across the world, we integrate the best therapies from China, Thailand, India and Japan, incorporating the best of Western Holistic Therapies to provide a compassionate, caring and considerate service.

Our holistic therapies are based on ancient well-being practices from across the globe. As more is understood about the mind-body relationship, traditional complementary practice's continue to grow in popularity. When combined with a traditional medical approach, Massage, Reflexology, Acupressure, Indian Head Massage, Aromatherapy, Mindfulness and Hypnotherapy are now recognised by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (Nice) as beneficial. As complementary to mainstream health promotion, these therapies provide a unique level of emotional and physical support in times of illness and injury, and when maintaining health.
