I'm am a Transformational Coach trained with Clarity Coaching, London. I have space for a couple more low-cost (£20/session) clients at the moment via Skype.

If you want clarity, movement and support in the area of your health, work or relationships, I can help!

My approach to coaching is non-directive, through deep listening, questioning and reflection, I point you back to the resources you already have and your own space of clarity and knowing.

Whatever you come with, I aim to create a space for you to gain greater awareness, increased direction, focus and motivation, allowing you to develop new ideas and approaches to get into action to create the results they want.
