Hi, my name is Angela and I am a Certified Yoga Teacher, teaching Hatha Yoga. I have 7 years of teaching experience and 11 years of practice experience.

Classes are 60 minutes and include:
- Pranayama (breathing exercises)
- Warm-ups including Sun Salutations
- Asanas (postures)
- Deep relaxation

I teach private clients across London and corporate clients including University of London and the NHS, and previously taught at the Sivananda Yoga Retreat, Bahamas and The One and Only Ocean club, Bahamas.

Classes are one to one and to ensure comfort are based in your own home.

Classes cost £50 for 60 minutes.

I am dedicated and passionate about improving my client's health and lifestyle and I go the extra mile to ensure clients are given clear instructions, adjustments and advice along the way.
