Counselling; online and by telephone.

What do we hope for when we attend counselling? If we haven't attended counselling before, it can feel daunting. We hope that we will not be judged, that our difficult feelings will be understood and respected. We are likely to expect help in creating changes which could make life less painful and more enjoyable. All counselling approaches are designed to help fulfil these hopes and expectations.

I am a qualified, experienced counselling therapist who uses an Integrative approach. I am fully insured, and as a member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy)
I adhere to their code of ethics. I also hold an enhanced CRB certificate.

I offer a free, fifteen minute telephone or Skype session, so that you can see if you would like to go ahead with a series of sessions. Currently, counselling is only possible via Skype or telephone. My fee is £35.00 for one hour and ten minutes. But please note that if you are on a low income we can speak about a range of affordable options.

Counselling by email is also possible, costing £17.00 for two comprehensive, supportive email responses per week. (The frequency and cost can be adjusted.)
