Work Stress Solutions is providing Talk Therapy (counselling/CBT)
This is in partnership with Mind-Growth Mastery (MGM).

These low-cost talk therapy sessions are £5 per session.

We can support anyone with low mood, anxiety, depression, PTSD, intrusive thoughts and other.

We cannot support those who are actively suicidal or self harming,
managing extreme personality disorders, managing psychosis or hearing voices.

This service is provided by trainee therapists in a safe and trusting environment.
A telephone assessment will be done by MGM to make sure our service is suitable for you.

You will get 12 session free.
Any further sessions will be on a needs basis
and you will be able to move onto our waiting list for our low cost plan.
