I am a qualified EMDR psychotherapist, and have worked in the field of mental health helping people find relief and ways to negotiate their problems, for over 15 years. I work in a targetted, caring and empathic way, recognising the joint process of practitioner/client (the therapeutic relationship) to help you acheive your goals.

Face to face sessions (60 to 90 minutes) are in a private office in the centre of Ely, (Cambridgeshire). Some evening and Saturday sessions can also be available. I also offer reduced costs online (60 to 90 minutes). We can negotiate length of treatment and budget (reduced costs for part-time and low paid workers, and those on some benefits).

EMDR is not a long term therapy (although I offer a longer term pathway), and is therefore worth investing in for value as well as for proven relief of many persistent mental health and emotional issues. For instance, EMDR is proven to help with many issues such as: long-term depression (1), PTSD (2), and Trauma (3), including those associated with adverse childhood experiences (3).
