Initially I tried Juice Plus because Glenys just was so passionate about it. I thought I would give it a go as all the other weight loss regimes I had tried did not help. This is because I am on a lot of medication, painkillers etc for various health conditions. I started to take the capsules and shakes and lost weight steadily - I was so happy and as a bonus I was able to cut down on my painkilling medications. My hair dresser noticed the difference in my hair, my beautician noticed the difference in my skin and nails and I just started to feel so much better. I do have a lot of weight to lose but I know with Juice Plus I will get there.
