If you're anything like me, or like a lot of other people, you've reached the stage where you look in the mirror and wonder how and when the person looking back at you piled on all the weight. Then you decided you were ready to make a change, but the information you found when you started looking into how was conflicting and overwhelming. That's exactly where I found myself, and why I'm so committed to helping people who are in the same position.
I've done all the research and studying and applied what I learned to myself, which is why I know what works; my before and after shots are above. My goal is to help you transform physically as we work together, and to ensure that you get to live your healthiest and fittest life well after our time together. I'll explain how the exercises and nutrition that we put into place affects your physiology, so you'll understand why we're doing them and what to do when you're on your own. I aim to have you finish each session feeling more confident and self-sufficient, so I encourage as many questions as possible.
When I took control of my health, I started to feel empowered to make changes in so many other areas and I want to help others do the same. This is your body and your life, and I want to help you make the absolute most of them. I can personally attest to how good it feels to do that!
