Fitness should be fun, so I work with my clients to find exercises that they enjoy and everything is scaled to your current fitness ability- the days of killing yourself on a treadmill are done!

My full body workouts can be done anywhere and are great for toning up and increasing energy levels, I am happy to train you at home, the office or a nearby park. Let's get you ready for summer!

I also run a Drum and Bass Bootcamp Thursday evenings if you're looking for more of a group fitness vibe, everyone is super welcoming and there is always lots of laughter and energy.
