I know how difficult it can be sometimes for clients to take that first step in accessing help and the importance of being able to feel comfortable with the therapist. I, therefore, offer clients a complimentary 30 minute and no obligation initial consultation.
In my experience, the most powerful way of helping clients is to offer an individualised therapy package that includes continual support, guidance and motivation throughout- both in and outside the therapy session.

I offer a 5 week (1 hour per week) programme called 'Introduction to Mindfulness and Relaxation'. This programme provides an opportunity to learn numerous different types of Mindfulness Meditation and practices that will enable you to quiet your mind and feel calmer and more focussed.
By the end of the programme you will be able to identify your own Mindfulness routine and practices that you can take forward and use in everyday life.
