QHHT is said to be the 'Gold Star' of Hypnotherapy:
Through guided imagery by myself; a qualified QHHT professional, you will relax into an altered state - theta level. The Subconscious, also known as the higher consciousness, usually chooses to show you an individual past life that is most relevant and is typically still somehow affecting your current life you are living now. It is not uncommon for multiple past lives to be shown during a single session.
After experiencing the past lives, we establish direct communication with the Subconscious mind. From the Subconscious mind, we will receive understanding about the lives shown, answers and advice to anything and everything we could think of to ask your higher selves; these questions will be chosen by yourself during the first part of the session, and then you will also receive healing on all levels; mind, body and spirit, all for your greatest good.
Your session will be recorded for your continued healing. The recording, just like the whole session, is fully confidential and once I have sent the recording to you it is erased by myself because this is your journey, I am your guide.
