Hi everyone, I'm a fully qualified Level 4 Sports Masseuse available in Gorleston Norfolk. I have a home treatment room, and a treatment room at a local gym available (Top Body Gym, Englands Lane, Gorleston).

60 minute treatments are £40.00 and 90 minute treatments are £55.00

Sports Massage uses several different techniques to loosen/lengthen muscles, improve injuries, and increase range of motion. Its really helpful for athletes, but also for people of any age who have experienced an injury (lifting/carrying for example), who sit or drive frequently, or who generally have really tight muscles. People think sports treatments are painful but they really shouldn't be, its sometimes necessary to get to 8 out of 10 for discomfort but only with your understanding and consent.

Its a completely professional service - you'll always be covered by towels during the massage, and we do a full consultation before we start to make sure you're happy with the plan for treatment. Evening, weekend and weekday appointments available. Drop me a line! Read more
