We are a friendly and welcoming contemporary yoga studio in a unique setting located centrally to Wolverhampton and Shropshire. Our beautifully designed studio offers hot yoga, warm and non hot yoga. At our studio we specialise in Vinyasa (Energise), Hatha (Strong), Gentle Hatha (relax), Yin, Iyengar (Alignment) and also mediation and Yoga Nidra. Our classes are open to all levels of ability from builders to ballerinas. Our classes are suitable of anybody 16+.



We have unlimited free parking, shower and changing facilities.
