Relax and Rejuvenate Yoga Retreat - Friday 13th-Sunday 15th May 2022
A transformative journey into self care and self love.
First and foremost this is YOUR retreat to relax and rejuvenate in any way that suits you. The practises and self development exercises are there for you only if you want them. You can do as much or as little as you like, everything is optional. It will be a non-judgmental and safe space for you to enjoy the time in your own way. The theme of the weekend is to give yourself some love, with time to recharge and reconnect to your body, breath, mind and soul. It is important to recognise that having some 'me time' is NOT selfish, far from it. In fact it is essential to top up your own energy so that you have the energy to care for others in your life. As the old saying goes, you can't pour from an empty cup.

What's included?
Two night's accommodation (It's worth noting that single rooms do not have a supplement to pay! Hurray!) Double and twin rooms are also available.
Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, refreshments, light lunch and dinner, Sunday breakfast.

What is the schedule?
Anticipated schedule will be:
Friday 13th May
3pm Arrival and settling in time.
4pm Welcome circle , meditation and yoga practice
6pm onwards - Dinner
9pm Candlelight yoga nidra for a good night's sleep.

Saturday 14th May
7:30am meditation and yoga practice
9am Breakfast
Free time for self reflection and opportunity to explore the beautiful surroundings or go to the beach.
Refreshments are available and included.
Light Lunch is available and included.
4pm meditation and yoga practice with opportunity to stay for self development journaling exercise and optional sharing .
6pm onwards - Dinner
9pm Candlelight yoga nidra

Sunday 25th May
7:30am meditation and yoga practice
9:00 am Breakfast
10:00/10:30am closing circle and optional sharing.
11:00/11:30am Departure.

All offerings and timings are subject to change as you never know what might come up!

First Early bird £325 if you book before the end of February.
Second early bird £350 if you book before the end of March.
£375 thereafter.

I've never done yoga before or I'm only a beginner. Is it suitable for me?
Various options for the poses will be given and it is part of your practice to honour your body and choose the option that is right for you on that day. We can chat beforehand or anytime during the weekend about any of your concerns.
I am a very experienced yoga practitioner. Is it suitable for me ?
The same answer as above applies!

What if I don't feel like doing a practice or joining in at any point?
The time is yours to do with as you please. The practises and self development opportunities are there for you only if you want them.

Do I need my own mat?
I have plenty of mats available, please let me know if you require one.

What style of yoga is it?
Mmm that's a very good question! Each teacher brings their own passion to their classes and mine is all about connecting body, breath, mind and soul. In each practice I aim to take you on a journey to experience attunement, grounding, breathwork, and various accessible poses with options. There are no convoluted pretzel type poses or head/handstands.
