Wanted - Handyman in Polperro

Needing handyman help quote please, part or all, much appreciated :)
What I need -

Hanging -

Mirror - W 39" H 30" - quite heavy
2 x Bathroom cabinets - (1) - W23" H 25" (2) W 12" H36" both fairly heavy
Minky retractable washing line, 30m line length

Electrical -

Change fixed ceiling pendant for a hanging/usual one (already bought) so I can hang lampshade.

Shower glass fixing removed - have taken glass off but unable to remove the fixing on the wall.
