ATTENTION LANDLORDS

I wanted to reach out to the local landlords to introduce our new venture Donnelly Services.

It is designed to give landlords a one-stop-shop between tenants. The service includes a full clean, clear out, disposal of waste and bulky items and minor repairs. This is usually quoted on a case-by-case basis, but we are happy to work out set rates for partner agents. We have been working with one local estate agent but are now opening it up to a few others.

We are expanding our business and are keen to work with local landlords and agents to provide a quick turnaround and competitive prices. We can also provide proof of insurance and references if required.
