Are You Over 50 and Want to Learn the Guitar?

Do you wish you learned to play the guitar when you were younger? Most of my clients came to me once they finally had the time to start their passion for playing the guitar. They are mature, usually quite successful and have achieved a lot in their life, but have never had the chance to do this one thing.

I am a patient, experienced teacher who knows how to keep you motivated and help you learn quickly, whilst tailoring your lessons to suit your pace and your own needs. My aim is to help you to play your favourite songs as quickly as possible and help you to be able to pick up a guitar and just play. My students learn performance, mixing and soloing quickly and we usually fast track to help you reach your guitar goals as fast as possible. I don't waste your time with unnecessary knowledge.

I taught my self how to play the guitar and many would have considered me to be too old when I first started playing. I have such a passion for the instrument, I am so glad that I picked it up and now I play for hours every day. I love playing the blues, rock and funk but I am experienced in playing all kinds of genres including heavy metal!
