Boxing is just one tool I use to help you achieve your fitness goals. My experience both as a personal trainer and as a competing boxer myself has taught me the benefits of variety in exercise; from deep yoga stretches to free weight lifting, no two sessions will be the same but always with the same goal - a fitter, stronger, happier you.

Even if you never want to compete, Boxing is a great sport for anybody serious about improving their fitness. It is an unparalleled exercise for improving strength and stamina and punching the heavy bag has to be one of the finest forms of stress relief I know! Boxing trains both mind and body, every week you learn something new, push a little further and feel so much better for it.

Work out with your friends and share the cost - as well as 1-2-1 personal training sessions I also offer small group personal training for 2-4 people.

GYM LOCATION & DIRECTIONS

Mullins Personal Trainers Gym is very easy to locate whether driving (there is limited parking available too) or using public transport, as the gym is on Watford Way almost directly opposite Hendon Central Underground Station and if travelling by Bus even easier to find as the Bus Stop for the 326, 143, 324, 113, 186 is right outside the Gym, and the stop for the No. 83 is just around the corner.
