Once your Inventory have been prepared this will forward a copy to you via email. I advise that you do a copy on disc or other means of filing for future reference.
Inventory Service

This Inventory Service will provide clients with a detailed report which has a record of all fittings, fixtures and dcor. Whilst at the property, we will also provide an evaluation with photographic evidence of the condition of the property along with state of cleanliness.

The reason for use of photographic evidence, is that it will provide support should a dispute arise at the end of the tenancy period. Time wil be spent at the property going from room to room, even inspect the outside of the property also, as (Terms & Conditions) apply for the outside inspection.

Check - In -Check - Out
This check in service report provides an inventory of contents and a break down of the condition of the property and its contents at the start of the tenancy. The condition of the property of the day inspection takes place will be noted on the document. I will ensure that whole of the property will highlight any issue.
We will also provide any utility meters photographic evidence and reading whilst at the property.

This check out service report must be carried out at a very crucial time of the tenancy, as soon as the tenant moves out. The Inventory Provider will compile a check out report by comparing the condition of the property and it fixtures and fittings at the end of the tenancy with initial inventory / check report. This report will contain details of any damage, missing items, cleaning required and make a note of any items present and items that are not listed on the inventory at check in.
