5 years minimum experience of

* Joinery

* Brickwork

*Concrete finishing? groundworks

* Plastering

Minor plumbing

* General labouring

Ideally you will have: CSCS card

Heath and safety training

NVQ's or time served experience

The ability to work on your own or as part ofa team.

The ability to follow plans and schedules.

Full clean driving license

Must have own insurance and van.

Good standard of spoken and written English.
