We all need support at some point in our lives. I'm an empathetic counsellor who will listen to you without judgement but with understanding. Whether you have one issue or many, we can work through them together. I will be there with you on your journey to discovering what it is that is holding you back. During your session we will explore how you're feeling at the moment and uncover any thoughts or experiences preventing you enjoying life. My service is different from others, I tailor a service unique for your requirements in a confidential space to encourage exploring emotions. It can be difficult to find words so work creatively also
I am a counsellor with experience in CBP/DBT and ACT or SFT or more traditional Person-Centered approach. I offer work creatively with artwork or play therapy. I have an enhanced DBS to work with all ages. I can work on issues such as; relationship breakdown, loss, anxiety and depression. I work with stress to manage busy lives to prevent further illness.
What makes me unique is both my location and the style of counselling. Your therapy will be designed around you and your needs without judgement.
