I'm James Wood, a trained and certified therapeutic counselor.

Affiliated with the Royal college of nursing and the professional standards authority, I hold an Advanced Diploma in Counseling Skills and hypnotherapy. (Cert, Hyp CS)
I'm often credited for my high levels of intuition and a natural ability to understand others needs and requirements - often with little or no prior knowledge of the individual.
The counselling services I offer cover a number of issues such as;
Repression, Cumulative traumas, Fears, Obsessive and compulsive behaviors, Sexual Dysfunction as well as working with Self esteem.

I assist individuals to overcome a variety of issues in their lives, causing many obstacles for true progression such as;

Stress and Anxieties
Fears and Phobias
Weight Loss
Quit Smoking (One session)

Self esteem and self confidence
Test/Speech/Exam nerves

The majority of our day to day issues - habits and beliefs - are the results of negative and non-serving thought patterns. In many cases and most times a change of Perspective on our outlook to things is required.
