Hello, I'm a person centred counsellor based on the Yorkshire Coast in Bridlington. I offer face to face sessions, online sessions and also walk and talk.

I work with adults and older teens with a variety of issues. I believe that we all deserve to be supported through life's challenges and I would welcome you seeing if I'm the right counsellor for you.

I offer a free 15 minute phone call to all potential new clients.

Sessions can be weekly, monthly or as and when needed.
