Our aim is to provide a mock CQC inspection with your Domicilary Care Agency, in line with CQC key lines of Enquiry and Inspection Methodology.

We will highlight the problems or concerns and work with you to address and eliminate the issue, so as to ensure you don't receive a negative impact on your overall rating.

Dependant on the size of your agency we can cover this mock inspection between 1-3 days.

We will be leaving you a comprehensive Action Plan and will return to review. Part of the inspection is conducting 1-2-1 interviews with both Staff and Service Users
