Registered Manager Bolton (reporting to Directors) in Bolton

Job Description
Clarity Homecare is looking to employ an experienced Registered Manager who will be responsible for the overall management of the day-to-day operations of our Bolton branch.

Duties will include:

Ensuring that the care management team receive the support and guidance required to reach given targets for growth whilst developing the business in a risk-free manner.

Ensuring that the branch meets its legislative requirements and remains fully compliant with CQC's standards.

Being present and leading on inspections from Local Authorities and CQC.

Carrying out investigations for complaints and safeguarding's whilst working closely with multi-disciplinary teams.

Overseeing the provision of care.

Leading the team to deliver a truly person-centred service.

Ensuring the office team have the support that they need to deliver the best outcomes for their clients.

Management of staff to include supervision, appraisal and disciplinary procedures.

Taking responsibility for the care rota, care assessments, risk assessments and care plans.

Undertaking regular audits and spot checks.

Recruitment and retention of staff.

The Successful Candidate must have:

Proven leadership experience managing teams within the social care sector

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise effectively

Friendly but professional approach, having a strong focus on customer service

NVQ4 / QCF 5 in Leadership and Management or be willing to enrol onto this qualification
