The Coorie Caravan, Embo has 3 bedrooms. First has a double bed with TV (sleeps 2), second has two single beds with TV (sleeps 2) and a third also with two single beds (sleeps 2) All bedding, cushions and throws included in sale. Each bedroom has storage and wardrobe for guest use. There is a shower room with brand new shower, sink, radiator and storage unit. A WC with toilet, sink and radiator and bin.
The kitchen area has everything you need to cook family or romantic meals, prepare leisurely brunches or pack up a picnic. Fridge, freezer, toaster, gas oven & hob, pans, cutlery, crockery, wine glasses and baking sheets etc are all supplied with the sale of the caravan. The dining area has comfortable seats for eating with ample storage underneath. The lounge area comfortably seats all guest perfect for relaxing, reading or watching movies on the large TV (with sound system) included in the sale. One of the sofa's also opens up to a large single bed for extra sleeping capacity.
At the entrance to the caravan there is space to hang items and a decent size storage area. An iron, ironing board, clothes drying airer and cleaning equipment are also included.
The caravan is a NO SMOKING van and has been kept immaculately clean. Large radiators and and additional electric heater mean guests and visitors will be warm whatever time of year they visit. A heating system is in place so that it can be regulated to save energy with smoke & carbon monoxide alarm system and fire extinguisher.
The caravan also has a decking area for your enjoyment, privacy and safety if you have children or dogs. A lockbox is also in place on the decking area. Included in the sale is a large storage container which has a washing machine and plenty space for other items to be stored for your holidays & breaks.
Amenities include incredible sea view, beach view, arcade, outdoor play area, Wi-Fi, free parking on premises plus access to the Entertainment Complex with reception where you can purchase holiday passes and enquire about talent shows, bingo, live music, comedian's, competitions, game shows and book the heated indoor pool, sauna and access crazy golf, tennis and soft play.
There is also a Convenience Store, Fish & Chip Shop, Amusements and a Laundromat.
The Coast Bar & Kitchen serves Costa Coffee and offers al fresco dining & patio with amazing views with a dog friendly eating area. The park is dog friendly.
Embo beach has fine, white sands, amazing sand dunes, dolphins, seals, otters and unlimited bird spotting opportunities. The nearest town is Dornoch - a short drive or a seven mile round walk if you prefer. There is a Spar and a small Co-op, the beautiful Dornoch stores, Scottish pubs and plenty of wee coffee shops. More information available on Discover Dornoch app. An hours drive from the Highland capital Inverness with railways stations at Tain, 9 miles to the south and Golspie 11 miles north. There are also larger supermarkets on the journey north in Alness & Tain with grocery deliveries available. The location is an ideal base for those looking to explore and enjoy the surrounding area of Sutherland which has lots of historical venues, incredible flora and fauna, beautiful beaches and is indeed amazing for all sorts of water sports, hiking, golf, walking & cycling.
