Grazing livery available.

Set upon 17 acres, fields sectioned off and rotated when needed to.
Owners live on site and own a horse so are knowledgeable.
Will be checked daily by owners on site.

Water and electric on site
1 stable so if injury ect can be used.
Electric fencing but in the future will be changed to post and rail.
Only 1 pony currently grazing on it. Well maintained... mowed, sprayed ect.

Also a possibility of us building a few more stables in the future.

All horses Have to be well behaved and good with other horses.
