Stunning Comtois ride and drive gelding. Imported from France 5 years ago. He is 16.00hh, and 16 years old. He has a fantastic kind, friendly temperament, is a true gentle giant.
Whilst in France he was driven as a single and a pair as well as a working horse on the farm logging, chain harrowing and attended heavy horse driving shows. Over recent years he has not done a lot of driving. He has recently been brought back into ridden work and takes everything in his stride. A real weight carrier.
He is excellent to shoe, catch and in traffic. Vaccinations up to date. He is with us to sell on behalf of his owner and this is a very sad sale as he will be sorely missed so no time wasters please and he must go to a 5* forever home. More photos available upon request. Tack and driving harness available by separate negotiation.
