Handsome 16.1 hh thoroughbred gelding, lightly competed, always successful and has never come home without top placings. Skittles has been part of the pony club and has competed in many area competitions. He has proven himself to be an excellent event prospect, being bold, fast and careful especially excelling in the cross country phase where he's never been beaten. He loves to jump and is very forward going and fast around the clock, mainly competing around 1m but has jumped higher at home and has potential to compete at higher levels. Although he has not competed much in dressage (due to owners dislike) he has lovely paces and works correctly. In the show ring he oozes presence which would allow him to do well in ROR or working hunter classes which he is eligible for. He is a diamond to handle on the ground and is well behaved, loads, and travels easily and vice free. He hacks out by himself or others, happy to go first or last. No lumps, bumps or injuries, suitable for confident teenagers/ adults or mother-daughter share. Due to his speed he needs a confident rider to compete. Bought for a 15 year old who has loved and done every aspect of him daily for the last 3 1/2 years and now only sadly sale due to university. Lots of videos and photos available upon request.
