Dartangnon is 16hh, now 8 years old and was born with us. Very much a member of the family! Sadly lack of rider means this super little horse will be going to waste. He loves hacking, up on dartmoor, good with traffic round the lanes. Very good alone as well as in company. Works beautifully in the school, soft snaffle mouth, lovely paces with a big trot. Enjoying working over coloured poles. We are looking for an active home with a confident experienced lightweight rider.
He has had 2 years off due to unexplained intermittent lameness. This year was traced back to very minimal (hes very sensitive) spinal crouding. We have put him through a comprehensive re-hab programme and he has been transformed. Hes now fit and ready to go have fun. However whoever takes him on must understand that this must be continued/maintained. Hence loan initially and ideally only in the south west.
