Premium wooden flooring, been down c5 yrs in a room that hasnt had much use as it's a 2nd family room).

c 27 square metre in the following configuration;.
41 x Full lengths of 2423mm x 200mm x 30mm (18.6 sq metre)
46 x various lengths of 2423mm x 200mm x 30mm (9.2 sqm metre)

Also comes with Kahrs Tuplex Engineered Wood Flooring Underlay for reduction of step, drum and airborne sound.

Buying new would cost c£600

Will only sell as a job lot; Already taken up and ready to go.
