This Hospital Bed with Side Rails is a high quality electric low hospital bed with side rails and a lower profile than the standard hospital bed, making it easier for elderly and disabled users to access whilst also helping to lessen the risk of falls and subsequent injuries. A strong metal frame makes the Bed brilliantly durable whilst fully enclosed wooden bed ends and side rails provide a stylish and modern look thanks to their attractive beech finish. From a range of beds designed for use in the care home environment, these adjustable hospital beds are also the ideal hospital beds for home use, with an excellent height range, and with many features normally only found on much more expensive hospital beds, such as dual motor operation. Suitable for use in both the private home or the residential care environment. This version is height adjustable through a good range and helps to improve user safety whilst still allowing easy access to the bed. Operated by using the simple and easy to use hand held controller, this Classic Low Hospital Bed with Side Rails has an electrically powered backrest, leg rest, knee break and lower leg elevation, offering the user the widest possible range of positions to ensure maximum comfort and making it easier and safer to get into and out of the bed in safety. Each of the beds four wheels can be independently braked for safety. The comes with extra side rails to raise the height of the sides for extra safety to the patient when sat upright.

The bed comes in a used condition, (and is very simular to the pictures shown), and does have a few marks upon the side rails caused by a overbed table, this does not effect its use. Also included is a Waterproof Pressure Releaf mattress which has a couple of small tears but has had no spilledge upon.

This bed and extras cost over £700 when new.
