Full Body Electric Massage Mat.
This electric massage mat is a great way to help you relax and unwind. It has a heat function at the waist and back area, 10 vibration massage settings which can all be controlled by a wired controller. The controller also has a digital display to give you accurate settings and can also control the 10 - 30 min timer function. The massage pads gives you 8 massage modes from Scraping, beating, kneading, tapping, hammering, acu-pressure, roll and vibration. The 10 vibration massage heads are covered with a breathable material for added comfort. The mat should ideally not be used for longer than 30 minutes as it can overheat. This mat is so relaxing I cant remember how many times I have fallen asleep using it. When I have had a slight back problem due to sciatica, I have used the mat with the heat setting on and I must say that it really has helped. It hasnt cured me or taken the pain away completely but it really has helped to relax the nerve endings so that I can at least walk upright instead of being doubled over.
