A brilliant one hundred dollar bank bond registration to the Bernard L Maas Foundation for the value of 100 shares at 1$ each promising to pay the bearer a total sum of 1$ per share for commission of stock signed & dated by the chief of the chemical bank of New York 1963 Incorporated under state law of Delaware.
The bond is transferable in the city of Chicago New York & Illinois.
Issue Number:N5980.
Signed by the chief of the treasury G.F Mc.Caffey. & The official chairman / President Mr.Raymond C.Hagel 1963. & Registered to the makers trust company by a Mr. J.Jay assistant security.
The publishers printed famous magazines such as Woman's home companion & The American magazine selling over 3 million copy's in the U.S.
The company closed in the 1950's & merged with the Mc million company & then went onto print educational books. Where they worked in accordance to the New York public library 1931-1955
The publisher changed there name to Mcmillion Inc.
